AM Ruyle LLC of Mill Creek has been awarded the construction contract for Qualstar Credit Union’s new Everett Branch expansion. The 2,800 sf tenant improvement project, designed by Driftmier Architects, is located at 2502 Colby Avenue in Everett. Qualstar has been a long time tenant, and is now expanding into the neighboring tenant space.
The work will be completed in two phases. Construction will start in the new space and will create private offices, a break room and storage space. The storage space will allow for future open office if additional staff is hired. Phase II will include the existing branch, which will stay operational during construction. Materials will be updated throughout and new lighting will be installed to meet current code.
Aaron Ruyle is the project manager for AM Ruyle and Shane Perkins is their project superintendent. The project architect for Driftmier Architects is Lee Driftmier. The credit union is expected to open in August 2016.
