Wenatchee Valley Federal Credit Union - East Wenatchee Branch/Administrative Office

Wenatchee Valley Federal Credit Union’s new 5,770 sf branch was constructed inside an existing 30,000 sf warehouse building in East Wenatchee, WA. Based on the warehouse environment, the design of the interior of the branch has a distinct industrial flavor with concrete floors, exposed ductwork, industrial lighting and a high bay feel with the space open to the underside of the roof 26 feet above. The larger floor area was broken up into 3 smaller “buildings” to provide visual interest and a sense of separation. Each mass has its own operational function within the branch and is distinguished with individual colors and architectural accents. The financial operations are supported by a full teller line, a walk-up ATM, loan stations, five offices, a closing room and large conference/board room. A separate canopy was built adjacent to the building to provide drive up access to two ATMs.
