WaFd Bank - Canyon Park

Driftmier Architects revisited a building originally designed by the firm in 2005 for this project.  The 4,500 sf WAFD Bank building contained more space than needed for the branch as more clients utilize WAFD’s online services.  Still wanting to maintain a physical presence in the area, the bank sold the building to Avalon Development who demised the space into two lease areas with a common lobby and restrooms.  Driftmier Architects provided architectural services for the branch remodel and common spaces as well as exterior improvements to the adjacent tenant space.
