The Gathering Place was an 8-story landmark development designed to anchor the redevelopment of Redmond’s “Town Square” and historic “Old Town” neighborhoods. It provided an outdoor public plaza that covered nearly an acre, 80,000 sf of office space, 54,000 sf of retail space and restaurants, more than one hundred residential units and approximately 700 enclosed parking stalls.
