Driftmier Architects was asked to design a 73 unit apartment-to-condominium conversion in Everett, WA. The units underwent a complete interior and exterior remodel. The interior remodel included all new materials, color schemes, and lighting and new entryways. Driftmier Architects assisted in selecting the new materials for the units and the design of new amenities such as a 1,400 sf clubhouse and a new courtyard.
