Sammamish Plateau Water and Sewer District - Headquarters and Operations Facilities

The 37,000 sf facility was designed to complement the Plateau’s large residences, farms and church structures. The facility includes a 16,000 square foot office building and 21,000 square foot operations and vehicle storage facility.
