A new stone fireplace is the focal point of this dining area addition and kitchen remodel. The sunken living room was raised to the main floor level and expanded into an adjacent den to create an open family room ideal for entertaining. A new first floor master suite was created by adding on to an existing guest room. Future phases of the project include an expansion of the kids wing with a play loft and new front porch.
