A local property owner asked that we look into the future development possibilities of a property as density increases and code requirements change, and so Milltown Commons was designed for the year 2025. Currently the property is a neighborhood shopping center located at the intersection of two large arterials. The other two sides are adjacent to neighborhood collector distributor streets. The projected development would include 4 to 7 story buildings with a mixed use of retail, office, apartments and underground parking.
