The LNH project was designed to be a 4-story mixed-use building with two additional levels of parking in Redmond, Washington. The high-end condominiums included one, two, and three bedroom homes with a total of 15 units. A community room and theater room are also designed into the project. Each unit has a private deck and there is also a 1,500 sf rooftop terrace. On the ground floor, the project includes 3,000 sf of office space.
