Inspirus Credit Union’s new Lynnwood, WA branch and call center is located in an existing 4-story building purchased by the Credit Union. The 2,000 sf branch takes advantage of a double height space on the ground floor creating an open and airy space for customers and employees. The new branch has no teller line but utilizes Interactive Teller Machines which are housed in an angular kiosk that provides privacy for the customers. A 5,000 sf call center, which includes meeting and training spaces, occupies the 4th floor of the building. The building lobby was also updated in the same finish palette as the branch, reinforcing the Credit Union’s brand.
