GRANCO Federal Credit Union - Moses Lake Branch

GRANCO Federal Credit Union’s new 3,600 square foot branch is a ground up building in the heart of Moses Lake, WA. The site work included complete re-grading of the 70,000 square foot parcel to provide for on-site water infiltration vaults, paving, curbs, heated sidewalks and landscaping. The new building is similar in style and appearance to GRANCO FCU’s Ephrata Branch also designed by Driftmier. The façade features stone veneer wainscot, fiber cement beveled siding, and heavy wood timber accents giving the building a modern interpretation to the timeless craftsman style. The main entrance welcomes members with a 20-foot wood clad aluminum storefront that brings in natural light to the center of the building. The facility provides dedicated office space, a large conference room, staff work areas and a large member lobby that flows into the transaction area along with two drive-up lanes and a walk up ATM.
