Driftmier Architects designed the Gabelein apartments in Redmond, WA. The new facility includes 8 town home style apartment units over secured parking. Each unit has 2 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a living room, dining room, family room, office/den, and a loft. The project is on a very tight site yet still features private decks and common outdoor areas. The design of the building is meant to target the area’s young and tech savvy demographic.
