City of Sammamish MOC

Driftmier Architects analyzed two existing operations facilities for the City of Sammamish to plan for current and future needs. After remodeling a shop building at their secondary site, the City hired Driftmier again to design a new vehicle and storage building and remodel the existing offices at their main Maintenance and Operations Center.  The new 5,000 SF building was designed to better accommodate the City’s current sanding equipment, includes a heated storage room and additional parking was constructed.  In the existing building, shop space was converted into offices and a conference room, a new vehicle exhaust system was installed and air conditioning was added to the original office and lobby areas.
