Cedar River Water and Sewer District - Headquarters Facility

The process to develop a new headquarters facility in Renton, WA for the Cedar River Water & Sewer District included a needs analysis and site evaluation of numerous sites. After this exploration was completed, the District decided to extend their current site from three to ten acres and build a new administration building, vehicle storage facility, and convert the existing District office into inventory and shops. Construction on the project included the enhancement and mitigation for impacts to five separate wetlands, a stream and steep slopes. The final result is an efficient, secure and visually appealing facility that will meet the needs of the District now and into the future.
