When Banner Bank leased a 5,617 sf space in Mill Creek, they hired Driftmier Architects to help determine how much of the floor plan they should utilize for their new branch. A 3,264 sf branch was designed by Driftmier Architects and Perrault Interiors. The branch is located in the heart of Mill Creek’s commercial center and includes space for up to nine employees. The space has a bright and open feel while providing the security needed for a financial institution. The remainder of the first floor was made available for sublease.
