Driftmier Architects designed Inspirus Credit Union’s new Lynnwood, WA branch and call center which recently opened just west of Alderwood Mall at 3405 188th Street SW in Lynnwood. The 10,000 sf project mixes open and airy spaces with warm materials and colors to create an inviting atmosphere for customers and employees.
The branch features a daylight filled double-height space and full-height frameless glass office fronts. An angular Interactive Teller Machine Kiosk occupies the space with an acoustic ceiling canopy and translucent glass dividers to provide privacy for the customers. The main level also includes a comfortable employee breakroom with access to an exterior patio. An open plan call center which includes meeting and training spaces occupies the 4th floor of the building.
TCI Inc, General Contractors of Bellevue was the contractor for the project which started construction in June. Mike Kimmi was the project manager for TCI and Chris Peters was the project superintendent. Driftmier Architects design team included Lee Driftmier, Arnold Morrison and Michael Winnick.
