As project manager, Lee Driftmier has just completed an office remodel for Clark Raymond & Company in Redmond. After reviewing a study completed by Driftmier Architects that investigated the feasibility of building a new office adjacent to their current building, CRC decided to take over tenant space in their current building.
The first floor of the three story office building was revamped from a dentist’s office into a conference room, private offices and a work room. In addition, one of the existing toilet rooms was converted into a shower room for their active employees. New phone and data wiring allowed for an upgrade to their systems and improved communications.
The expansion into the remaining 3,000 SF of the building has allowed CRC to bring all employees under one roof by moving staff from a neighboring building. With construction finishing ahead of schedule, CRC has quickly moved into their more efficient work environment.
